Thank you for the purchase!

The downloadable file can be opened with Prezi desktop software. However there is also the online version of the template which can be used with any web browser, no software needed. This option is available right under the download option as a “Save a copy” link, in the confirmation email and in the Prezibase account dashboard.

I have purchased a template but cannot open. I am getting message saying that I need to have an account. But I have received message stating that I have open account.
