The Design Process
The whole design process can take approximately 2 to 14 days depending on the size of the project. During the work you will receive a private link to preview the Prezi. After previewing you can approve the design or suggest changes. The previous step will be repeated until you are completely satisfied with the Prezi.
Pricing & Payment
The final price depends of the complexity of the Prezi, number of slides and the amount of work required to achieve the desired results. Once you send us a description of your idea, we can get back to you with a cost estimate for the project.
The payment will be handled just like purchasing a regular template from our shop. The Prezi will be added as a hidden product to the shop and the checkout can be completed with a payment using PayPal or a credit card.
After the payment we will share the access rights to the template so you will be able to copy the template to your own Prezi.com account for further editing.

If you are considering to hire us for designing a custom Prezi, please read the following information to speed up the process.
Before we can give you an estimated price, we also need to fully understand your needs for the project. Do you need one presentation for a specific event or a themed template that you can use multiple times for different presentations? How much assistance do you need with Prezi? Do we need to build a Prezi from scratch and complete it so you only need to press the Present button or you don’t need any help with adding frames and texts by yourself?
At this stage we would need as much references for designing as you have prepared or can think of, as this will drastically help to speed up the design process.
- A script of the presentation;
- Transcript of a speech;
- Images, logos;
- Company color scheme;
- Any other visual/textual materials related to the presentation.
