How to copy images from Prezi to another? It’s a trick question, and depends on whether are you working with an online Prezi, on Prezi Desktop and whether you are trying to copy an image on the canvas or the background image. The same trick also works with text, swf content and PDFs.

Image on the canvas:

Copying an image from an online Prezi to another is the easiest. This works by simply copying and pasting. Open the 2 Prezis is 2 separate browser tabs or windows, select image you would like to transfer, and copy it (CTRL + C or Command + C in MAC). Now head over to the destination Prezi and paste your image with CTRL + V. The same method works in the offline Prezis in Prezi Desktop Software.

Background Image:

Copying a background image from one Prezi to another is not so simple. The easiest method would be to just save a new copy of the Prezi that includes the background, and make your presentation inside it. If you already have a ready-made presentation then the only solution would be to extract the Prezi, this way you will be able to get the background image as a separate file.
